Whenever there was a student in a very dark place I shared this meditation and suggested a 40 day process. I watched it work magic on many peoples lives. It gets in so deep, accessing the relationship wounds, to purify the karma so that the soul can be reborn. Try it for 3 mins daily and build up to 11 mins, keep increasing the time if you dare to create your own mastery.

Create Big Shifts in Your Life
Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight, chest out, chin in. Hands are in Gyan Mudra, remaining three fingers extended. The hands move in alternating circles. The mudra circles from heart-level below, rising up in front of the face, palm facing out, continuing above the head and then swinging out and back to the side. The circle is smooth, evenly-paced, and in time with the mantra. Depending upon the person, the mudra, wrist, or outer forearm can be the part passing in front of the face.
Why take 3-4 days out of your busy life for a meditation retreat?
Sodarshan chakra kriya is a complete meditative pranayama technique that is widely believed to be the most powerful pranayama practice and highest kriya across the many schools and styles of yoga. It is an ancient Kundalini yoga technique, dating back thousands of years when it was used by the Brahmin class for purification. Kriya typically refers to a complete set of practices, including asanas, to achieve an outcome, often the unlocking of specific chakras. Sodarshan chakra kriya involves a combination of alternate nostril breathing, suspension of the breath, the chin lock, silent repetition of the mantra, Waheguru , and pumping of the navel center. The focus is on the tip of the nose with the eyes barely opened.
Even after a few days in to the Sodarshan Chakra Kriya challenge, and I could already feel a shift in my consciousness and my body. I was going to post in the Facebook group, but Billie suggested the topic might be worthy of a longer blog post; so, here goes…! And I had already experienced profound changes for the better in my mind, body and soul. With the kind encouragement of the dear teachers at K-house Billie, Nancy and especially Jai Inder , I started a home practice as well as coming to class. The truth is, when I first came to Kundalini House, I was struggling. Even though I was blessed with a loving marriage and a fulfilling working life; inside, I was a nervous wreck. Years of alcohol and stress had taken their toll.
